About the event
This program is tailored for athletes who are committed to their sport and are determined to improve every day. Each session will incorporate drills aimed at challenging both the physical and mental capabilities of the athlete, while also preparing them for competition.
Program Features:
- - Small group and individual training sessions
- - Acceleration and top speed mechanics
- - Weightlifting and pool workouts
- - Speed conditioning, physical strength, and power development
- - Track-specific speed training
- - Recovery techniques and injury prevention strategies
Pre-Season Schedule:
Strength, Speed, and Conditioning sessions will begin in September to November, beginning on September 9, 2024.
Training Schedule:
Monday & Wednesday: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM
